What a great experience I had at Ives Family Eye Care. When Dr. Levitt retired, it was difficult for me as he was amazing...and I knew the search for a new Dr. could be a challenge. Dr. Levitt turned his practice over to Dr. Shah. Yesterday I had my first appointment, and his staff was so friendly and caring! Dr. Shah made me feel comfortable. He asked questions, listened to my concerns, and told me what to expect as we went forward in treating my eye condition. I am happy that Dr. Levitt left me in good hands.
Mary Martin This was a return visit, after a decade, to this office, and albeit the office has not changed, personnel has changed. I was told that the frame selection is up to date and contained a large selection. I found this to be untrue with respect to a large selection. However, I must say that Dr. Sha is pleasant and thorough with his examination. I would revisit simply because of the camaraderie. Thank you staff for an expeditious visit!
Carol Brown I entered the place when the staff was smiling and kind. The doctor gave wonderful service with patience and kindness and a desire to help from the bottom of my heart. I'm so happy that I chose the right treatment for the eyes, which is so important. I recommend the place with lots of love.
Gaya Krasilovsky It was such a joyous time I had with my doctors visit the warming vibe of the staff and Dr. Shaw was great. It felt like I was visiting a friend and we were catching up on gud times it was perfect but a very special thanks to Enrique he brought it to a home run I loved the time he took with me showing that he cares and enjoy doing it. I will most definitely be looking forward to my future appts I had a blast !!!!! Thanks for your hospitality
Kartina Mincey I love?the Drs office. They now play music . They are very thorough and I have been a pt of the office for over 15 years. I am adjusting to the change. Loved Dr Levitt...He was a no nonsense Optometrist who loved his pts and was firm....would like to see more modern style glasses frames
